Overview

To customize NodeActa system you are given the option to:

Change server configuration file
Define storages
Define document classes
Define users and gorups
Define generators
Define converters
Import certificates
Define signers
Add or replace icons
Define file viewers
Create reports
Create charts
Do texts localization
Import modules from NPM repository, etc.

For clarification, the system can be used immediately without any configuration. Basic server configuration is completed during the server installation process. After installation, the system includes predefined document classes and apps for DMS, CRM, basic HR, and more. While these predefined configurations may not fully meet your specific requirements, you have the flexibility to modify the existing document classes or create new ones as needed.
Each document class requires a physical storage location to hold its attributes and files. Therefore, it is essential to define your storages. Upon system installation, a default SYSTEM storage is created, and all your data can be stored to this SYSTEM storage. However, in cases where you anticipate a very large volume of records or documents (tens/hundreds of millions), it is recommended to define a separate storage for such classes.
